使用管道插入的数据，使用redisTemplate取值报错

1. REDIS使用API调用pipeline插入数据，存入数据库没问题，取的时候有问题

2. 编码自定义序列化方式，与框架封装的，不兼容

3.lingxiRedis 不支持管道，只能自己写
