npm启动saber出现问题

一、该问题的重现步骤是什么？

2. nodejs用的是12.14版本，npm用的是6.13.4

3.经过以下步骤还是会报现在这个错.

• rm -rf node_modules

• rm package-lock.json

• npm cache clear --force

• npm install
