avue-form__menu的样式无法用scoped在单个vue页面修改

一、该问题的重现步骤是什么？

avue-form内容比较多，所以页面上滚动想将最后的按钮悬浮。修改样式要么全局修改要么不起作用

<style scoped>的时候不起作为，<style >全局起了作用。
