Saber3 执行 yarn install 提示未授权

.npmrc文件已经按手册进行配置，但还是 yarn install 失败：

PS E:\bdie\Saber3> yarn install

yarn install v1.22.18

token检查下对不对

创建新的token，token权限都选上，然后删掉nodr_modules文件家再执行yarn install
