一、该问题的重现步骤是什么？

<artifactId>blade-starter-data-record</artifactId>

<version>${blade.tool.version}</version>

</dependency>

数据审计这个依赖引入不了，会报错，找不到这个依赖

具体报错信息：

Failure to find org.springblade:blade-starter-data-record:jar:

${blade.tool.version} in https://maven.aliyun.com/repository/public was cached in the local repository,
