升级到4.7.0后系统停机特别的慢

一、该问题的重现步骤是什么？

1. 启动 Auth服务（这里已Auth服务为例，除了Auth服务，其他服务一样的慢）

2. 启动Auth服务完成后，关闭服务

3.查看关闭日志，停机总耗时40s。

二、你期待的结果是什么？实际看到的又是什么？

期待的是 3s内完成停机

实际是花了40s才停机完成，4.6及之前的版本没有这个问题

三、你正在使用的是什么产品，什么版本？在什么操作系统上？

bladex 4.7.0，Windows系统上，使用的idea工具
