Bladex Cloud 3.4版本；Minio最后一个apache 2.0版本
问题：需要将.js css 等文件放在Minio里面；需要设置在上传文件时，明确设置文件的MIME类型为application/javascript；但是目前没有办法设置上传putFile的header; 类似的效果：
